1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dasher ("the Service"), operated by Manu Labs, LLC ("Manu Labs," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our End User License Agreement. Together, these documents constitute the complete agreement between you and Manu Labs, LLC. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Description of Service
Dasher is an AI coding assistant platform that allows users to interact with AI models through messaging platforms such as Telegram and Slack. The Service includes a web dashboard for account management, integration settings, and usage monitoring. AI tasks are executed in isolated, ephemeral sandboxed environments on a per-request basis.
4. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that contain inaccurate information or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.
5. Bring Your Own Token (BYOT)
Dasher operates on a Bring Your Own Token model. You may connect your own API credentials from supported AI providers (currently Anthropic Claude and OpenAI Codex) to use the Service. By connecting your credentials, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for any costs incurred with third-party AI providers through your API tokens
- Your use of third-party APIs is subject to those providers' terms of service and usage policies
- Dasher stores your OAuth tokens securely using encrypted storage but is not liable for any unauthorized use resulting from a breach of your provider account
- You will not share, transfer, or expose API credentials belonging to other individuals or organizations without authorization
- Token usage and billing are determined entirely by the respective AI provider
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Generate harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' workspaces, data, or sandboxed environments
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the Service or its infrastructure
- Circumvent any usage limits, access controls, or security measures
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written authorization
- Use the Service to develop competing products or services
- Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code through AI-generated outputs or uploaded content
- Engage in automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction of the Service
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to:
- Anthropic — Claude AI models for code generation and assistance
- OpenAI — Codex CLI for code generation and assistance
- Telegram — Messaging interface for interacting with AI assistants
- Slack — Messaging interface for interacting with AI assistants
- Google — Calendar and Gmail integrations for AI-assisted productivity
- Modal — Sandboxed compute infrastructure for isolated code execution

Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services. We may add, modify, or remove integrations at our discretion.
8. AI-Generated Content
The Service provides access to AI-generated responses, including code, text, and other outputs. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, secure, or appropriate
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any AI-generated content before use in production or any consequential context
- AI-generated code may contain bugs, security vulnerabilities, or license-incompatible content
- We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, fitness, or safety of AI outputs
- You assume all risk associated with deploying or relying on AI-generated content
9. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including code, prompts, and configuration files. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.
Ownership of AI-generated outputs is governed by the terms of the underlying AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI). The Dasher name, logo, and associated branding are our exclusive property and may not be used without written permission.
10. Fees and Payment
Dasher may offer free and paid tiers of service. Where applicable, fees will be clearly communicated before you incur any charges. Paid features, if offered, are billed according to the pricing terms displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Separately, you are responsible for any costs incurred directly with third-party AI providers through your own API tokens (see Section 5).
11. Service Availability
We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise
- We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy
- In no event shall Manu Labs, LLC or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
- Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater
- We shall not be liable for any damages arising from AI-generated outputs, including code defects, security vulnerabilities, data loss, or financial harm
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Manu Labs, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) any content you submit through the Service; or (e) your use or deployment of AI-generated outputs.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.
Upon termination: (a) your right to access the Service ceases immediately; (b) your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy; (c) any connected third-party tokens will be revoked from our systems; and (d) Sections 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 16, and 17 shall survive termination.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Manu Labs, LLC.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
17. Force Majeure
Manu Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure outages, third-party service failures, cyberattacks, or pandemics.

You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident of, any country subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
20. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
